According to one prospective worker, the restaurant has set a tough and challenging set of interviews.
" The aptitude tests were not hard but the orals were conducted by whites. Those who could not decipher the accent failed miserably", he stated.
He revealed that some applicants have lost out due to failure to pay attention to simple instructions. Those who showed up for written interviews without pens were shown the exit. Others who were not patient enough to wait for their turn gave up on seeing long queues.
He revealed that about 20 successful applicants would be paid about 600,000 Ugandan Shillings per month for 7 hours a day.
