Fourteen people were killed in accidents during Easter season, while one was seriously injured, according to a police report.
Police spokesperson Fred Enanga issued the report this morning at the Force’s headquarters in Naguru.
A report seen by this website indicates that a total of 10 accidents occurred during the Easter season (25th- 28th March 2016). 9 accidents were fatal, 1 was serious.
“A total of 15 persons were victims of accidents during the Easter season. 14 persons were killed and 1 was seriously injured,” reads the statement.
2 drivers, 3 motor cyclists, 2 pedal cyclists, 5 passengers, 2 pedestrians were killed. While, 1 pedal cyclist was seriously injured.
