The international BET 2015 viewers’ choice award winner Eddy Kenzo (Edrisa Musuza) is yet to be referred to as “once upon a time BET award winner” just like Kiprotich who won the gold medal once and disappeared in thin air.
The BET awards happen annually, and this year Kenzo's award was booted out by Tanzanian singer Diamond Platnumz representing East Africa leaving out our man Eddy Kenzo. With that, we have learned from Kenzo’s friends that singer has been bragging that he is not BET Awards material.
‘I am no longer BET Awards material; I have graduated from that level…am now aiming at Grammy Awards.’ Eddy Kenzo bragged.
Well, at least Kenzo managed to scoop the award that no Ugandan had ever received, though the GoodLyf duo Radio and Weasel had scooped a nomination in the past.
