Local Singer Pallaso would not fail to exhibit his dirty manners given a chance when he visited monitor publications ltd last week.
The “MAMA” hit maker together with a group of about five members of his crew upon reaching the monitor gate refused to present an ID, a requirement for all visitors to the premises.
