Rapper Victor Kamenyo claims that all rappers in Uganda are broke and worthless.
He says he is going to pay them off so that they stop stressing with their failed careers.
He added that some rappers like Da Agent and Feffe Busi don't even deserve any single penny because their free style don't even sell.
He concluded by saying that no one can afford him in the industry.
