Singer and songwriter, Khalifa Aganaga is now a landlord.
He moved into a one-bedroom house that he constructed for himself in Lugoba located in Kawempe Division.
The modest home sits on a small plot of land and is yet to be gated.
In an interview, Khalifah asserted that he is grateful for this milestone, and he hopes to finish his new home soon.
“Yes, I have struggled with renting. I found myself indebted but I am glad that is behind me now,” the singer said in an interview.
A few months ago, it was reported that he had clashed with the landlord over rent arrears.
He can now finally sleep without worrying about a knock on his door from the landlord.
