Unfortunately, she did not stay for a long time. She quit and signed to Kuseim's Banq Records after failing to drop a hit song.

After Eddy Kenzo's Grammy nomination, Pia Pounds was asked if she ever regrets leaving Big Talent, and she said no.
"I don't regret it. I even got my breakthrough after leaving. I am happy with Kuseim and Eddy Kenzo is one of our best friends. He sometimes advises us on how to do things better," she said in an interview.
