Upcoming singer Gloria Bugie has recently faced criticism from various people who accuse her of using autotune during her live performances.

This criticism mainly surfaced after her poor performance at the Acidic Vokoz concert, which took place at Lugogo Cricket Oval on the 30th of August this year.

The singer, however, attributed her performance to poor sound production and her own nervousness.

She explained that this was her first big stage, and she felt both nervous and overwhelmed by the love shown to her by fans.

"I don't use autotune; those are just naysayers and critics who don't believe in my music. Some people will always focus on mistakes. I was just nervous that day and surprised by the love because it was my first big stage. But the sound production was also poor," she said in an interview with a local television station.

Gloria Bugie is known for songs like "Nyash," "Simi," and others.
