Musician Moses Ssali, aka Bebe Cool, once promised to gift the best musician on his annual list a house.
The singer explained that this was meant to be the ultimate reward for an artist who spent the year releasing endless hit songs.
However, he has since backtracked on this promise, and no one has received the house.
Bebe Cool explained that some artists lack discipline, and he could not waste his money on them.
"I changed my mind because they are ill-mannered and lack discipline. I think I have said it before, and I still stand by that," he said during a discussion with Sendie and Jenkins Mukasa.
Bebe Cool’s list is released every December 31st and highlights his favorite artists of the year.
