Musician Moses Ssali is currently working on the 'Break the Chains' album, despite already releasing two tracks.
The singer has since expressed interest in collaborating with Cindy on one of the tracks from the album.
Bebe Cool explained that the album is focused on redirecting Ugandan music to an international level and elevating it.
He wants people like Cindy to motivate young artists to aim higher so the industry can have international stars in the years to come.
"This music is strictly meant to redirect the music industry. I want us to go to the next level; I want us to have international stars in time, and they need someone to look up to. I want to feature Cindy on one of the songs on the album," he explained while addressing partygoers who were enjoying Cindy's music at a city hangout.
Bebe Cool's 'Break the Chains' album is being produced by Nigerians and mastered in South Africa and London.
