Police in Gulu have in custody three people identified as Fred Luwum and Florence Nalubega while the third is Private Moses Okello, attached to the 4th infantry military barracks in Gulu over the death of a UPDF soldier.
The trio’s arrest is in connection with the death of Private Raphael Odokonyero, a 37-year-old soldier attached to 76th Battalion in Bondo military detach in Arua district.
