Legendary musician Richard Kaweesa has vowed not to set a foot off Africell Head quarters if they don't adhere to his demands of paying him the dues that he claims rightly belong to him. He claims that Africell used his song 'ani akuba bebi wange' in their promotional works.

According to the musician the telecom giants infringed on his music by using his song minus getting rights from him and even after contacting them about this, he says they have been totally adamant in dealing with his issue.

This is not the first time that Kaweesa is raising his plight towards the telecom giants. Late last year he decided to chain himself up on staircase of the company. After several hours of discussions and haggling he managed to leave the premises and everyone thought that he had come to an agreement with them.

With the way things are spinning out it seems like we should brace ourselves for one long and protracted court case.
