In the early 2000, Richard Lubega commonly known as Chizzo was one of the most popular male afro-RnB artists after Micheal Ross; however, because of women and living a life that he could not maintain, he slowly faded away like a burning candle.
Eventually, he disappeared from the music scene after he run broke. Last year, he was arrested and detained at Jinja Road police over debts worth 15m. Money lenders under the company Otar Financial services were on his neck for not paying! Bebe Cool rescued him.
Yesterday, Chizzo resurfaced and staged a wonderful show at Roast and Rhymes. The crowd enjoyed his reggae performance and one would mistake him for the legend Bob Marley singing! Wow….
Watch his performance!
