Singer David Lutalo thought he was popular figure until he visited the Belgium embassy.
The singer was denied visa under unclear circumstances last week yet he had booked for a show in Belgium Capital, Brussels at the end of the month.
However, insiders reveal that the promoter failed to meet all visa requirements. David Lutalo had already cancelled all his Easter performances in Uganda preparing for his foreign performance.
