Musicians Catherine Kusasira and Spice Diana announced concerts on the same date in January next year.
Catherine Kusasira's concert will take place at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala on the 10th of January, 2025, and it is promoted by Abitex Promotions.
Meanwhile, Spice Diana's concert will be held on the same date at Serena Hotel, and it is being promoted by KT Events.
However, music critic Eddie Sendie doesn't think it's a good idea for the two events to take place on the same date. He revealed that the two artists might face challenges on that day.
"I don't think it will work out. It's not a good thing for both of them," he said in part during an interview with a local YouTuber.
Sendie believes it would be better for the two artists to choose different days because, by going for Sheraton and Serena, they are targeting the same audience.
