Events promoter Nobart intends to sue Hotel Africana for over one billion Uganda shillings following the cancellation of Alien Skin's event at the venue.
Nobart explained that he had spent a significant amount of money advertising and publishing concert materials before the event was cancelled.
He now plans to take legal action, seeking compensation for the damages incurred, and will meet with his legal team shortly.
"I demand over one billion shillings from Hotel Africana," he explained. "I spent a lot of money on advertising and other publications. I will sue them and seek compensation for the damages. I will meet with my legal team after the concert to discuss how to proceed."
The concert is scheduled to take place at Lugogo Cricket Oval on the 21st of this month.
