If you mention 91.3 Capital FM, the first thing that comes to any Ugandan is the legendary Alex Ndawula.
Well, the man finally hang up his boots this week after 20 years of service in the radio industry.
Being the longest serving radio presenter at the Kisementi-based radio station, Alex was treated to a farewell party on Thursday evening at the station premises. William Pike, the managing director of Capital FM as the retirement package, he awarded him a brand new Toyota Prado and a Shs30 million cheque.
Alex has been doing the Dance Force (every Saturday at 8 pm til late) and Sundowner (every week day at 6 pm to 7 pm).
We wish him well in his retirement.
