Struggling producer Didi has opened up about his early life in Kampala and how he learned production.

Didi explained he only came to Kampala to learn about computers but ended up gaining production skills and knowledge.

Jeff Kiiwa taught him how the computer operates, and Vampino showed him the way with beats.

"I came to Kampala wanting to learn about computers. Jeff started teaching me, and then I began doing production. Vampino showed me how to make beats. I started practicing at Jeff’s place, and after three months, I went to the studio and began recording," he said.

Producer Didi is popularly known for songs he produced with Eddy Kenzo, including "Stamina," which catapulted Kenzo to stardom.
