Fans and lovers of Ugandan music have long demanded a concert from Vinka's bosses at Swangz Avenue.
However, her bosses haven't given it the green light.
Benon Mugumbya, speaking about the concert, says they will not be rushed to stage it. They are still considering different factors to ensure a successful show.
"The concert will happen, but we are still arranging different things to stage a successful concert. We don't just want to stage it for formality; we want to give the fans a lifetime event," Benon explained in an interview with a local television station.
In April this year, Vinka said she doesn't have plans to stage a concert this year.
"There are no plans to have a concert soon, but hopefully, it will come," she said.
