Dancehall artist Ziza Bafana believes that concerts no longer bring in money for artists.
Bafana explained that many artists are incurring losses after organizing shows, and he currently has no hope of staging one.
"I have no hope of organizing a concert because I don’t see anything to gain from it. I no longer find money in organizing concerts because people are constantly coming out with losses," he said in part during an interview with a local television station.
Bafana attributes this to high taxation by the government and the widespread poverty among the population.
