It's now common for concerts of different artists in Uganda to be organized on the same day. However, Spice Diana believes this is not good for the industry.

Speaking in an interview with a local YouTuber, Spice explained that fans of Ugandan music are the same, and organizing shows on the same day and in Kampala only results in losses for the organizers.

She says fans are forced to divide themselves, with each concert drawing fewer attendees, instead of them all going to one event on a particular day.

"It's a new culture coming up, but it doesn’t make sense. Some people believe it benefits them, but it can’t be that way. Because we have the same fans, organizing shows on the same day divides them, and in the end, the organizers don’t benefit," she partly said.

It should be noted that Spice Diana's concert is also scheduled on the same day as Catherine Kusasira’s event, on January 10th next year.
