Musician Patrick Senyonjo, aka Fresh Kid, is among the children who sat for the Primary Leaving Examinations last year and received their results this past Thursday.
The singer scored 11 aggregates, placing him in the first grade. He has expressed happiness at securing a first grade but says he expected more.
"I passed very well, but I wanted more. However, it's good that I passed with a first grade, and I want to take this opportunity to thank my teachers, the director Sudhir Ruparelia, and my father for supporting me throughout this journey," he explained.
The singer says he has already secured a school through Minister Nakiwala Kiyingi but is waiting to hear from her as she is finalizing a few things with the school management.
"Minister Nakiwala secured a school for me, and I am waiting to hear from her about a few things as I prepare to join secondary school," he explained.
