Musician Biswanka announced a concert on the same day as Alien Skin's, with both events set to take place on the 21st of this month.
The singer, however, says he is not in competition with Alien Skin. He is organizing the concert to celebrate his musical journey with his fans.
He explained that there are many fans across the city, and both artists will draw crowds. He asked his fans to attend his concert and others to show their love to Alien Skin.
"I am really not in competition with Alien Skin. It's just a celebration of my musical journey, and I want people to come and support me. Others can go to Alien Skin because there are lots of fans in Uganda, and there are enough for all of us," he explained in an interview with a local television station.
It should be noted that Biswanka started his career in Alien Skin's Fangone Forest music group. He even had his breakthrough with the same group, and many are accusing him of betraying his former mentor by staging the concert on the same date.
