Musician Green Daddy has no kind words for artists in the Ugandan music industry.
The singer explained that many of them are just focused on trending. He stated they are good at dominating news instead of going into the studio to record music.
He asked artists to spend more time in the studio creating music rather than focusing on the media.
"Artists should go to the studio and record music instead of dominating news with lousy stories. We need Ugandan music to dominate everywhere, but we are not doing so," he explained in an interview with a local television station.
Green Daddy believes Ugandan music will only dominate everywhere if artists focus solely on creating music instead of seeking news domination.
Green Daddy personally revealed this year that he will be releasing a song every month. He is also working on an album and will release it on the same date as Bebe Cool.
