Female Artist Of The Year award winner Sheebah Karungi's latest hit song "Sili Zari" has created a lot of controversies ... and from the poll we conducted a day after the audio's official release, the fans are still asking, why the "Nipe Yote" singer had to mention other celebrities' names like Rema, Zari and Irene Ntale in the song.
Sili Zari was released 4 days ago and has already been streamed over 4,790 times and downloaded over 8,938 times from Sheebah Karungi's music wall on Howwe Music.
Apparently, the song absolutely has nothing to do with the celebrities mentioned. We asked Sheebah what inspired her to do the song ... she said "nothing, it's just another song".
At the iDROID official launch yesterday July. 10, we met Sheebah and asked about the names cited in her song and whether anyone tried to compare her with those individuals, she responded "I just want to be known as different, there's a separation. The song has nothing to do with anyone ... and DON'T make a big deal out of it, it's just a LOVE song".
So, there you have it. The names Rema, Ntale, Zari are just used for reference and the song utterly has nothing to do with those mentioned.
