Francis Opolot, a manager at Rwenzori bottling company has today received 6 million shillings from Billion Lotto, coming 4th after Hon. Prof. Ogenga Latigo took another 6m last week and two other winners.
The money was handed over to Opolot by the Billion Lotto Managing Director Masimiliano Monte at the company head offices in Nakawa.
The M.D told the press that Opolot is the 4th secondary jackpot winner with the major jackpot being 1Billion shillings.
Opolot told the press that he was in shock but excited. He adds that; “I am not about to stop no that I have come this close...just one number shy of the Billion.”
