Gen David Tinyefuza The former coordinator of intelligence services, Gen. David Sejusa, aka Tinyefuza has just landed at Entebbe airport in uganda aboard a British Airways flight. Tinyefuza was received by the Director General of Internal Security Organization (ISO) and taken to his home. Highly places sources tell The Independent that in a negotiated deal, Tinyefuza won't be arrested or charged with any crime
Tinyefuza escaped from Uganda in 2013 after accusing the chief of police, kale Kayihura and Gen. Salim Saleh (President Yoweri Museveni's younger brother) of trying to kill him because he opposed the "Muhoozi Project"
Tinyefuza, in a letter for the man who just received him at the airport had also alleged that others on the hit list included former prime minister Amama Mbabazi and former army commander now minister of internal affairs, Gen. Aronda Nyakairima.
The surprise return of Tinyefuza especially during this time of the NRM CEC, NEC and national delegates conference aimed at removing Mbabazi from being NRM Secretary General will cause a lot of speculation.
Indeed if government was planning to charge Mbabazi with treason, Tinyefuza may become the Trojan horse against the ex premier
