President Yoweri Museveni has dumped over 32 ministers, reshuffled others from their original ministries to others and appointed a number of new faces.
The long awaited cabinet list was released last evening and left many hearts broken. A number of cabinet ministers were dropped. They include;
1. Jessica Alupo- Minister of Education who was replaced by the first lady Janet Museveni.
2. Henry Kajura- Minister for Public service replaced by Muruli Mukasa.
3. Rose Akol-Minister of Internal Affairs replaced by Jeje Odongo.
4. Abraham Byandala- Minister of Works replaced by Eng. Ntege Azuba
5. Dr Cripus Kiyonga- Minister of Defense replaced by Mwesige Adolf
6. Maria Mutagamba- Minister of Tourism, wildlife and antiquities replaced by Prf. Ephraim Kamuntu
7. Tarsis Kabwegyere- Minister of General Duties office of the prime minister replaced by Mary Karooro Okurut
8. Tress Buchanayandi- Minister of Agriculture, Animal Industry & Fisheries replaced by Vincent Ssempijja
9. Daudi Migereko- Minister of lands, Housing and Urban Development replaced by Betty Amongi.
10. Engineer John Nasasira-Minister for ICT replaced by Frank Tumwebaze.
11. Fred Ruhiindi- Attorney General replaced by William Byaruhanga
12. Caroline Okao Amali- Minister in charge of micro-finance replaced by Haruna Kasolo
13. Mbaguta Ssezi- Minister of Public service replaced by David Karubanga
14. Jim Muwhezi- Minister of Information and National guidance.

1. Thembo Nyombi- State Minister for ICT replaced by Aida Nantaba.
2. Rebecca Amuge Otengo- Minister of State for Northern Uganda replaced by Grace Kwiyucwiny.
3. Henry Banyenzaki - Minister of State for Economic Monitoring replaced by Kasirivu Atwoki
4. Vincent Nyanzi- Minister of State in the Vice President's Office replaced by Alex Onzima
5. Sam Engola- Minister of State for housing replaced by Dr. Chris Baryomunsi.
6. Barbara Nekesa Oundo- Minister of state for Karamoja affairs replaced by Kizige Moses
7. Christine Amongin- State Minister for Teso affairs replaced by Agnes Akiror.
8. Asuman Kiyingi-State Minister for regional cooperation replaced by Phelemon Mateke.
9. Zerubabel Mijumbi Nyiira -Minister of State for Agriculture replaced by Christopher Kibanzanga.
10. Kamanda Bataringaya-Minister of State for Primary Education replaced by Rosemary Seninde.
11. Fred Jachan Omach- Minister of State for Finance, Planning and Economic Development replaced by Gabriel Aridru.
12. Aston Kajara- Minister of State for Privatization replaced by Evelyn Anite.
13. Lukia Isanga Nakadama -Minister of State for Gender and Culture replaced by Mutuuzo Peace.
14. Sulaiman Madada-State Minister for Elderly and disabled replaced by Tibaleka Adrian.
15. David Wanendeya - Minister of state for trade replaced by Micheal Werikhe.
