Ex-convict Bad Black is tired of renting and she is in planning to build a permanent home next year.
The mother of four explained she has had a good year and her finances are quite enough to start on the construction in 2023.
“This year has been good financially. I hope to build my own house,” she said while speaking to journalists.
In the same interview, she revealed her finances were greatly affected during the time she was in prison. The court seized many of her assets.
"My assets were taken by the court when I was charged with embezzlement. I am currently renting a house at $2000," she said.
But a few months ago, she confirmed she had moved to Kira in a cheaper house after being evicted from Luzira by a landlord over rent arrears.
