Ex-tycoon Emmanuel Lwasa earlier this year announced he ran bankrupt. He later appealed to the government and President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni for a bailout.
Lwasa, however, says he has not been helped by the government, and his phones have not been attended to by the staff of State House.
Lwasa explained he has made endless calls to the first family but his phones are never attended to, something which keeps stressing him because he has supported President Museveni for all the years.
"I have not been helped by the government. I think my taxes didn't contribute to anything... even my phones are not attended to whenever I call the President's office. I have called over twenty times, but no one picks," he partly said.
Lwasa is seeking President Museveni's intervention so he can clear his bills.
