Media personality and now-turned-politician DJ Jacob Omutuzze has shared his views on the rampant drug abuse in the music industry.

Omutuzze says that almost all players in the industry use drugs, which is why the vice has persisted for years.

He explained that most people in the industry use drugs due to peer pressure and to fit in with certain groups.

He personally started smoking weed just to feel comfortable in Fefe Bussi's group, and it was the rapper who introduced him to the drug.

"Fefe Bussi introduced me to weed smoking, and it was hard to quit, but I finally managed to do so. Drugs are everywhere in this industry, and that's why it's very hard to fight them; even the leaders of artists use drugs," he said partly in an interview with Spark TV.
