Youth and Children's Affairs Minister Balaam Barugahare recently met with social media personality Pretty Nicole, and he's happy to report some positive changes. After their meeting, Minister Balaam announced that Pretty Nicole is now "reformed" and ready to prioritize her education.
He shared that Nicole has committed to focusing on her studies and has decided to step away from romantic relationships for the time being. To support her commitment, Minister Balaam has pledged to cover her school fees for the next two terms, emphasizing his personal responsibility to ensure she stays in school.
"Pretty Nicole is now a reformed person, and I am happy with her," he said in a television interview. "She told me that she gave up on boyfriends and is very focused on books. I have pledged to clear her school fees for the next two terms. I advised her to stay away from boys and drugs and stay in school. I asked her to focus on books."
Looking to the future, Pretty Nicole has plans to further her education in Canada, focusing on child care and teenage education. Minister Balaam has even appealed to the Canadian embassy to assist her in obtaining a visa for this opportunity.
"She was invited to Canada to learn more about caring for young children and teenagers," he explained. "I appeal to the Canadian embassy to make it easy for her."
