Kisambira Isa Aka Bill Pop is a Ugandan Born in 1999 in, Nondwe T/C, Mpungwe Sub County, Mayuge District but currently basing in Jinja.

Bill Pop  is a musoga by tribe and a Moslem by Religion  

He studied  at Mayuge Town Council primary school where he completed his primary studies.

He starded his Music career in January 2021 .. but he couldn't release any song in that year.

In September 2022 Bill Pop Decided to release a song titled "Nyamba"
