Bulega David is a born of Nakitende and Grace Tomusange from nakasajja Gayaza-kalagi road.

He went through Kyoga primary school for his nursery stage from there he joined Nambula memorial p/s for PLE. In 2009 Bulega joined Sam Iga memorial college for his form 1,later joined St Henrys college gangu from S.2 to Senior four.

He attained his advanced level from St Charles lwanga Kasasa later joined the Law Development Centre for a diploma in law course 

Bulega David embarked on serious music in 2017 in which he released a gospel single called Ekanisa Agyisitudde  soon he is releasing Oyo Gwempana

Bulega David is a born again believer and he is pastored by Pr Joseph and Tryphosa Ssekate of Jericho Breakers Intl Ministries .
