Dealrafael Jsp-E is a Ugandan Lango indigenous Hip-Hop and a community youth activist, dedicated to promoting youth empowerment, using music and the arts to confidently speak out against injustices, creating awareness, exposing community issues/problems to a national spotlight and transforming lives of people in Northern Uganda through grass-root movements and Indigenous Hip-Hop projects.
Dealrafael Jsp-E began to rise to fame after winning the best young Dee Jay awards in 2011/2012, and later opted to quit deejaying for his undergraduate studies at Makerere University in the 2011/2012 academic year. Though he would struggle with the nature of his fame and market expectations, Dealrafael Jsp-E endured substantial obstacles throughout his young, with a remarkably dramatic life before becoming the most discussed emcee in Northern Uganda
