Dean Lubowa Saava (born June 24th 1983 in Kampala Uganda) is a Ugandan musician signed to Tazan Muzik Empire. Before all that started,Dean was a young enthusiastic singer who wanted to be a star one day being inspired by Ugandan artists like Silver Kyagulanyi and Eddy Yawe. He worked as a deejay in the early 2000s with other current propionate deejays in Uganda like Shiru,Rodger and Rota who apparently deejays in Kenya. 

He continued with further studies and he graduated in Information Technology  and Mass Communication of which he manovored in and he became one of the best journalist in Uganda and he worked with Cbs, Ggwanga News Paper, and NTV Uganda. Due to his much love and talent for music,he decided to concentrate more on building his career and he happened to realese his first music album Muwala which he launched in 30th October 2015 and due to a good turn up, this motivated him so much and since then he has never reterded. He has shared stages with some of the successful artists like Bobi wine, King Saha, Haruna Mubiru, Geofrey Lutaaya and many more.

Dean started writing songs and his family members believed in him so much and because such support, this kept him moving. Dean has had interviews on CBS fm, MAMA FM, DEMBE FM, METRO FM, SUUBI FM, BULADE FM, NTV, STAR FM AND STAR TV, RECORD TV, RADIO UGANDA(BOSTON), SOUTH AFRICAN RADIO to mention but a few. This reveals his passion and zeal for changing the entertainment world. He is currently working on his album titled WOOLI and says it will be so outstanding.
“I look up to work with Eddy Yawe and the strongest duo Radio and Weasel and he promises to work hard and keep on dreaming towards his dream
