Devipar is a Ugandan Raga artist who started his own style called Raga Runya . A mixture of Afrobeat and Raga . Sung in both Runyankole and English. 

Devipar was born way back in 1994 in a family of ten in Bushenyi District  Western Uganda. He started his music carrier during his primary school in school choir though he has been actively sounding in the industry since late 2016 with songs like Push it up produced by Clyde pro and Omukikono and Mbagambire both done at Lyric records by producer Nyangi.
