Dhikusooka Waiswa Pius professionally know as Diwapi ug (village Rat in town) is a Ugandan Rnb ,Afrozouk,afro pop and afrobeat artist and song writer.He was born on 30th November,1997 in Kamuli district Uganda.

His passion for music started in the early 2012 when he was still in secondary school.he was inspired by peter m Gazampa,Aziz azon and pallaso.

He started his music career with Cy beats and he recorded his first single titled wambutikira .

He came to Kampala in 2016 and he lived in the slums of mbuya kinawataka,kiganda, kireka,Banda and Thailand
