Lobur Elijah Lokoribok , popularly known as Elia papa is a renowned Ateker singer,music Composer and writer who hails from karamoja in  Uganda,He sings  cultural,peace, and govence songs .  Elia papa    started music way back in the year 2005, he previously won Mr Culture seat for the year 2018-2019 . He rose to fame after singing his song ‘Idongio isua lomuria and Ateker songs’ in 2016  where he was singing to his motherland that always seemed to be there for him and makes him shine always and always proud of ateker and karamoja his motherland.
