Born in 1993 on the 23’rd of March, to a family of five, I am the second born and the eldest son and my 

name is Ssali Abudallah. My father is called Mr.Kawooya Swaibu and my beautiful mama who passed 

away before I could hardly speak was called Miss.Bakanansa Sarah . Went to Kwagalakwe P/S and King’s 

College Budo for my primary and secondary school respectively.

 I was part of the school band and loved singing a lot but did rap music all the time, though occasionally 

played rugby and basketball. I did not proceed with school after college, but switched to business and 

pursuing ma music career. The kind of music I do is a fusion of Hiphop and Dancehall plus some little bit 

of Raggae. 

My music is called “Balogo” Music, do not ask why. The stage name “Freedom” was an inspiration from 

the SARAFINA movie which was preaching about freedom and peace so I decided to call my self 

“Freedom” because am that easy and peaceful. SAUTI KALI NATION is the group that I formed, which 

means hot beautiful sound or voices.
