Irene Kobugabe born on 5th May 1995 commonly known by my stage name ICEY KIBA, Am a ugandan singer,recording artist and a performer doing Afro Pop and R&B. I released my first single Am in Love in May 2016 off the album"AM IN LOVE".
ICEY KIBA sings in English, Luganda, Lutooro just to mention a few, Am currently working on my debute album "AM IN LOVE" and i have so far 4 songs Am in love , Kigwa leero ,Byatunula and Nakutamani
