Ivan Rays real names WAMANI IVAN is a Uganda's performing artiste and song writer born on 24th September 1993 from Butiaba Buliisa district. He is well known for making hits in lugungu language such as bili kunu" and  "buntu budooli " among others that has earned him several Tv interviews on NBS TV , sanyuka TV and many radio station.
