Jacob Kityo, known professionally as JK Lubanto, is a Ugandan rapper, singer and songwriter known for his unique style of hip-hop and rap. Born on March 27, 1994, in Kampala, Uganda, JK was raised in an environment that inspired his love for music. He attended Seeta High School and went on to graduate with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management from Makerere University Business School.

JK is a self-proclaimed punchline king and is renowned for his incredible vocals and songwriting abilities. His music reflects the things he's seen and experienced in life, and he is considered one of the most promising rappers in Uganda. He is a winner of the "MTN UG Hip-hop Awards 2017 – Rookie of the Year" and is known for rapping over Afrobeats.

Aside from his music career, JK is also a successful entrepreneur, with interests in real estate and large-scale agriculture. Despite his impressive achievements, JK has not yet signed to any record label. Nevertheless, he continues to captivate audiences with his incredible talent and continues to make a significant impact in the Ugandan music scene.
