Kwizera Joseph born 23/feb/1999.he is a recording artist /song writer.called by stage name Josh Mamba Starr, he was raised up in Kampala with both his parents, he started as a dancer in a certain church,where he later developed into an iconic dancehall/ reggae/hiphop/ragga and vocalist artist which makes him one of the essentric versatile musicians in East Africa today.
