Kalyango Kassim (commonly known as Kent official )born 27th /November /1995) is a Ugandan afro pop artist.

Kent official is a muganda by tribe born in Mukono in 1995,to Mr.Mwanje Kenneth Kassim and Mrs.Natimba Anitah. Grew up in Seeta Bugoba zone and later shifted  to kampala suburb known as Bweyogerere kakajo.

 

Education background.

 

Kent official attended to st.peters nursery School Seeta then Mt.Elijahs primary school til primary level completion. 

Then joined Bweyogerere secondary school for both 'O and 'A level.

Finally went to Kyambogo university year 2016-2019 for a bachelor's degree in Management science. 

 

Music career .  

 

Kent official started music while in primary at Mt. Elijahs were he participated in organised school group competitions. 

He recorded his first songs 'kola' in kaya studio Kireka, 'Munda mumusayi' in the same studio,  then changed studio and recorded 'Maama Kampala' and 'Mwanadamu'

Kent official is an Afro pop music recording  artist under Kent official music.
