Kriminal Tomminy was born in 2005.He hails from Lwanda Jinja City Kamuli road. He started singing at 16 years when he was at Lwanda  Secondary School.

He released his single in September 2023

He is a vocalist and one of talented artistes in Uganda and Africa at large.
