Kabandize Eliphaz also known for stage names 'LPD Elpse K' was born on 5th may 1998 in Kyemamba village, Lyakajjula sub-county in Lyantonde district.

He attended Kitahira primary school and Cleveland Junior Accademy for his nursary and primary studies respectively. He later joined Lwebitakula Bright SSS for his 'O' level and Alliance SSS Ibanda for his 'A' level.

He is currently persuing a BSA in fisheries and water management at Busitema university.

He started his music career by mimming at school and when he met with Busoga's sensational singing music producer Romeo beats he recorded his first ever single entitled 'Kankimugambe' under Leopard Music a new record lebel where he is acting as the CEO. He was inspired by Uganda's all time celebrated music icon Jose chamileon.
