Lazeri real names Muhindo Romano is a Ugandan AfroPop singer and song writer born on 11/11/1994 in Kasese District. He started singing at the age of 12 and recorded his first song when he was 13. At the age of 15, Lazeri released his second audio that he co-produced him self with his friend. In 2012, Lazeri came up with an idea of starting up his own record label called " Mano East Music" that he currently belongs to and no other artist has yet been signed to. 
 
Lazeri studied in three schools during his primary level, Lira Army Primary School, Lira Police Primary School in Lira District and Ibanda Primary School in Kasese District. After his primary education, Lazeri went to Masindi Army Secondary School and Masindi Senior Secondary School for his high school education and after his O'level, Lazeri decided that he was not ready to push on with A'level and decided to quit schooling to do music.
 
Last year on 1st Of December, Lazeri officially released his first studio album titled "AT 23" that features his smash single "Tune La la" produced by Alpha Pro and Cmert Keyz from Town Side Records in Kampala. AT 23 music album is an 8 tracked album produced by Alpha Pro and Cmert Keyz. 
 
He says, "I believe that If I had Support, I would Be Very Far and My Dream is to make it bigger than any other artist in the Ugandan music industry. I'm grateful that I've had great friends who have helped me reach where I am today even though I'm just getting started. Big shout outs to Cmert Keyz and Alpha Pro, the two producers who have always believed in me and are always doing great work to see that the music I do is good enough for people"
