He is originally born Andiinda Melex Mandela to Mr Bwirizayo Gideon Baregire(RIP) and Mrs Mary Bwirizayo on the 14th of July 1992 in Nyarutooma Nyakabungo Buyanja Rukungiri district Uganda, he is the last born among six children.

 He went to Katungu Primary School and Mulago Primary School where he acquired his PLE later joined Nyabiteete SSS for his secondary, St Michael High School and completed his O'Level at Rukungiri Central School. He joined Kako SS Masaka and later completed his Form six at Universal High School Kisaasi in 2011. He joined Team University in 2014 where he acquired a certificate in Business Administration (CBA)

Mandela started doing music during his secondary school days as a songwriter where he wrote prominent songs and he started singing in 2012 where he did Nibibaho a song that everybody loved and it introduced him to the Music industry later he did first love featuring Emin Pawaz Rukundo and Nyesiga In 2017 he released cureera a song that caught everyone's attention both in Western Uganda and Central Uganda and eventually was one of his best successful projects ever the fact that it later became a hit song.

He later released Ndyagumaho Nyamunegyere featuring Pereth K Nooha featuring Boaz Kukundakwe Omukundwa with Nicky Jizzy Naahora and Kunkunda. His latest song is titled Omuhanda that has caught people's attention because he came in a genre many people did not expect that has proved his versatility at the moment and a promising Kitara talent.
