Newton Rap Nation is an artist based in Lira.UGANDA.

He was born on 09th.OCT.1994 Atapara Hospital. He grew up in Kamdini-Oyam district with all his parents OWINY DAVID and GRACE OWINY.

Newton started his career by joining school music competation Barapwo P/S Lira in 2006 when he was 11years old where he started composing songs and he never had dream of recording but just to pass time..

In 2010,Newton joined Kigumba Intensive SSS where he started mimming and break dancing. He was nick named as man of swagg,his quoligs started call Newton Swagg Jee.

He started recording "Chatting"as his first song under

 

Hot Soup Music Ug founded by Lango legen PROFESA MAROS in 2017.followed by the songs like; Kwo Tek,Jesus Is My Defender with his sister JOAN,Love Is Hurtful with the former name Newton Swagg Jee.

He then changed his name after recording a hip hop hit "Newton Rap Newton" in 2018.Fans started calling him Rap Nation and advised him to use NEWTON RAP NATION as swagg means many things.He is carently using Newton Rap Nation.

He also happened to record "Mito Mot" with his producer Inspector Young Doctor.

In 2019,Newton happed to record Odal that made him more famus as Northern Ug Rapper. 

He desided to quite Hot Soup Music Ug and then after was signed to the biggest crew GOOD MUSIC EMPIRE that founded by the legen Kingblood Moon. 

Newton opened year 2020 with the biggest hit "AMARI" That he did with his eldder brother DA ROCK. He is also set to realese  "MY APPLE" very soon
